Connect-Restore-Build-Growth
1. Connect – Be Fruitful
🔹 Meaning: First, the person must connect (or reconnect) with God through Christ. This is the starting point of healing and transformation. Without relationship, nothing else can flow.
🔹 Biblical Foundation:
John 15:5 – “Without Me ye can do nothing.”
James 4:8 – “Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you.”
🔹 Practical Focus: Helping people encounter God’s love, accept salvation, and open their hearts to God.
Adam and Eve could only be fruitful because they were connected to God, made in His image, and blessed by Him.
Without connection to the Source of life, no fruit can come (John 15:5).
Fruitfulness comes from intimacy with God, not self-effort.
2. Restore – Multiply
🔹 Meaning: After connection, God begins restoring what was broken – healing wounds, forgiving sins, renewing the mind, and bringing peace.
🔹 Biblical Foundation:
Psalm 23:3 – “He restoreth my soul.”
Joel 2:25 – “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten,”
🔹 Practical Focus: Healing from past hurts, deliverance from bitterness, shame, rejection, and false identities.
Multiplication requires wholeness and restoration. Brokenness reproduces brokenness, but healed lives can multiply health, faith, and love.
God restores so that we can multiply life, not trauma.
Joel 2:26 – God restores what was lost, then abundance follows.
3. Build – Fill the Earth (Replenish)
🔹 Meaning: Once restored, the person must build their new life on the foundation of Christ. This means discipleship, establishing godly habits, character, and understanding their identity in Christ.
🔹 Biblical Foundation:
Matthew 7:24 and Matthew 7:25 – Building on the Rock.
Colossians 2:7 – “Rooted and built up in Him, and stablished in the faith,”
🔹 Practical Focus: Teaching, mentoring, accountability, practicing spiritual disciplines (prayer, Word, fellowship).
Once fruitful and multiplied, God’s people must build — establish families, communities, churches, and culture on His foundation.
Building brings structure, order, and stewardship.
Matthew 7:24 → Build on the Rock.
4. Growth – Subdue/Have Dominion
🔹 Meaning: Growth is the natural fruit of being connected, restored, and built up in Christ. It’s maturing into a fruitful believer who now helps others on their journey.
🔹 Biblical Foundation:
Ephesians 4:15 – “Grow up into Him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.”
John 10:10b – Living the abundant life in Christ.
🔹 Practical Focus: Bearing fruit (Galatians 5:22-23), serving, discipling others, and enjoying fullness of life in Christ.
This is maturity — ruling and reigning under God’s authority, stewarding life in its fullness.
Growth means walking in authority, serving others, discipling nations (Matthew 28:19).
Ephesians 4:15 → Grow into maturity in Christ.
Mark 12:29-31 And Jesus answered him, the first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord they God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Genesis 1:28 – From the beginning, the command was to ‘be ‘fruitful and multiply‘, ‘replenish (fill the earth) and subdue (have dominion)‘
